Additional qualifications include being well-versed in managing multiple projects simultaneously, being DETAIL ORIENTED, administratively organized, and having moderate computer skills within 365 Suite.

Job Description
The Industrial Program Coordinator will coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across various initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities include:
- Accompany Sales on site walks and develop & prepare project scopes of work and cost proposals.
- Develop and prepare project scopes of work and cost proposals.
- Lead the planning and closing of projects, adhering to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Work with Vendors to gain cost estimates for Material, Equipment and Labor.
- Complete electronic job packages using client information to provide clear instruction to Operations.
- Collect and organize field data from Operations to be used to produce rough draft invoicing.
