The Project Coordination Specialist will coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across various initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities include:
- Accompany Sales on site walks and develop & prepare project scopes of work and cost proposals.
- Develop and prepare project scopes of work and cost proposals.
- Lead the planning and closing of projects, adhering to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Work with Vendors to gain cost estimates for Material, Equipment and Labor.
- Complete electronic job packages using client information to provide clear instruction to Operations.
- Collect and organize field data from Operations to be used to produce rough draft invoicing.
