About Us

Iron Eagle specializes in Industrial Services, focusing on industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding our operations and seeking Sales Representatives to join our team in Forest Lake, MN!


Overview

This is a hybrid B2B Sales role out of our Forest Lake, MN office. There are currently 5 openings within various business lines including; Consultants, Engineering & Specialty Contractors, Refining & Power Generation, Terminals & Pipelines, Hydro Excavation, and Sandblasting & Coating. As a Sales Representative, you will "be the face" of our company - offering exceptional sales & customer service to our growing client list! Building meaningful, lasting relationships is the primary function of this role and you will be expected to attentively manage current/existing business, as well as generate new business relationships & opportunities. As you begin your Sales career with Iron Eagle, you will be assigned an initial book-of-business with tenured clients customers who are actively spending, with an earning potential of six figures in your first year.


Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years' experience in B2B Sales (selling services solutions)
  • Must be an expert communicator and consider yourself an excellent relationship developer
  • Demonstrated success in selling service-based solutions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial services market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored service solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Event Planning & Hosting.

Travel Events

  • Due to the nature of the role, you are expected to attend various client meetings, off-site events, and activities on a monthly basis.
  • Occasional overnight travel is required

Earning Potential

  • Base Salary UNCAPPED commission potential based on revenue-generating clients (our Sales Reps have consistently hit 6 figures within their first year at Iron Eagle!)
  • You will be assigned a tenured client list/book of business upon hire
  • Commission Structure Document will be provided at time of initial Interview to review overall earning potential
