COMPENSATON : $25 - $30 / hr (Depending on Experience, Negotiable)

ABOUT US

Midwest Mobile Water Jet is a Minnesota based waterjet company that specializes in hydro demolition, portable waterjet cutting and industrial cleaning. As we expand our operations, we're seeking HYDRO BLAST TECHNICIANS to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must commit to approximately 10 - 30% Travel
  • Ability to work at various heights, in confined spaces and lift 50 lbs
  • Must be safety conscious, reliable and willing to learn a variety of new skills

    • OVERVIEW

    Our hydro blasting position can vary from general labor to a complex technical role based on employee ability and experience. This role can be challenging and dirty at times and requires working in difficult positions, sometimes for extended periods of time. Ideal candidates will have experience operating and maintaining waterblast pumps, hydro demolition robots, waterjet cutting equipment, heavy equipment, forklifts, loading and securing equipment and many other skills. Midwest Mobile Water Jet is willing to provide training to someone with good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.     TRAVEL

  • Due to the nature of our business, occasional travel is Our employees average 10-30% travel per year
  • All travel expenses are provided via Per Diem on behalf of the company

    • SHIFTS / HOURS

  • This a Full time, hourly position with an average of 40-50 hours / week with occasional 60hr weeks, depending on business If you need a very structured schedule, this position may not be for you. We do our best to provide a timely calendar / schedule and ample notice to our employees to ensure work / life balance.
  • Standard shift is anywhere between the hours of 6am - 5pm (most folks do 8am-5pm)
  • Flexibility is needed - our shifts are often dictated by clients' needs and project timelines
