COMPANY: IRON EAGLE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES
POSITION: Vac Truck Driver
LOCATION: Hastings, MN
TYPE: Full Time Hourly
COMPENSATION: Up to $44/hr (Depending on Experience)
SHIFT: Shifts start at 7am in Hastings (some flexibility is required - see below)

Iron Eagle specializes in industrial services, focusing on industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding our operations and seeking experienced VAC TRUCK DRIVERS to join our team in Hastings, MN!
Requirements
- Must have a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Tanker HazMat Manual endorsements
Key Skills
- Proficiency in fluid handling equipment:
- Proper connection and hose management
- Loading and unloading procedures for diverse vehicles and equipment, including Vac Trucks, Hydro Excavators, Transports, etc.
- Proficiency in emergency spill response services
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections
- Perform light maintenance and repairs
- Load/unload Vac Trucks, Transports, and Rolloffs, etc.
- Occasional long-distance hauling (approx. 10%)
- Load and secure heavy equipment
- Maintain proper placarding and labeling of vehicles
- Complete all necessary documentation for DOT/MnDOT, etc.
Shifts
- Standard shift time is 7am, however, due to the nature of our business some flexibility is required (there will be occasional start times before or after 7am. You will be notified as such).
- You are guaranteed FT hours.
Travel
- Due to the nature of our business in emergency response, you can expect to travel approximately 15% of the year
On Call
- Due to the nature of our business in industrial services, you are expected to adhere to our On-Call Rotation Schedule, which requires you to commit to at least 1 On-Call week per month (Thursday - Thursday)
