Iron Eagle is a leading manufacturer of utility, flatbed, and tiny house trailers. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to become a long-term member of our production team. Essential Job Duties / Expectations :

Prepare steel frames for painting and apply protective finishes. Tools and equipment used in this department include Caulking guns, HVLP and Air-Assisted Airless type spray equipment.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Meet production & quality targets.

Knowledge / Skills & Abilities :

Minimum 2 years of prior job experience using industrial type painting equipment (HVLP or Electrostatic or Air-Assisted Airless)

Knowledge of paint gun set up, operation and maintenance

Experience in a production environment

Pass a simple spray test to demonstrate spray gun handling abilities.

History of excellent attendance and reliability

Ability to communicate well with others and have good organization skills.

Working Environment :

Good range of motion in elbows and shoulders

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to occasionally lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Benefits :

22.00 - $26.00 / Hour depending on type of experience and job history.
