Responsibilities
Job Description:
The DefenseReady™ Unit Specialist will provide remote end-user support to other SOF DefenseReady™ users within the USASOC Enterprise
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Create and update Quick Reference Guides for End-Users
- Provide training to unit personnel on all aspects of the DefenseReady™ application
- Ensure accuracy of data
- Coordinate with higher and lower echelons to ensure DefenseReady™ priority of effort in accordance with Command guidance
- Supplement and assist military and government civilians with data entry in DefenseReady™
- Assist the military and government civilians develop local DefenseReady™ related standard operating procedures and business practices within units
- Proactively engage and demonstrate capabilities of DefenseReady™
- On-site incident support
- Build dashboards as requested by units
- Maintain lessons learned
- Manage user permissions
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Thorough understanding of the DefenseReady™ system from an end-user perspective
- Administrative experience
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree
Security Clearance:
- An active Secret security clearance is Required
