What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Representative position at Iron EagleX?
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's current and prospective user bases. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems!
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
- Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
- Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to Palantir products.
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
- Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
