Responsibilities
We are seeking a Software Developer-Mid with a strong background in Full Stack development to join our dynamic team in Crystal City, VA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern front-end and back-end development, a solid understanding of database systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. This position is generally to be performed in office on-site in Crystal City, VA with the possibility of remote work depending on the project. There may be travel of continuous CONUS trips of 2-3 months at a time. There is some flexibility in the time range and the possibility of OCONUS trips as well.

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our defense and government clients. This position requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to tackle complex challenges while working with cutting-edge analytic and AI / ML technologies.
Job Duties
Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Create modern, user-friendly front-end applications using Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Utilize web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to enhance user experience.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Build and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python and related frameworks.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain version control using Git to streamline collaboration and code management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure all developed solutions meet the highest security and quality standards.
- Contribute to all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from concept and design to testing and deployment.
