Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in customer service and account management.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly.
• Conduct product presentations with clients
• Maintain customer activity through our CRM
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or retail sales environments.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
