The ideal candidate has a minimum of three to five years of Sales experience within the construction industry; plumbing and/or HVAC-specific experience a huge bonus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining customer base and relationships
- Ability to sell preventative maintenance agreements
- Ability to sell service work and projects, changeouts, retrofits, etc.
- Ability to meet or exceeding sales goals
- Meeting with customers to build relationships and sell jobs
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
Requirements
