About the Role:
- Lead submittal review and management processes.
- Coordinate project communications with superintendents and general contractors.
- Track orders and materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement O&Ms and warranty procedures.
- Work closely with field superintendents to complete take-offs, GRDs, and other tasks.
- Procure materials and equipment.
- Review and approve project invoices.
- Address RFIs as necessary.
- Negotiate change orders and manage contract reviews.
- Coordinate crane selection and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate 3rd-party air balance services.
- Manage inventory stock effectively.
Requirements:
- Construction experience and knowledge required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Willingness to learn new software, systems, and standards.
- Positive attitude and cooperative mindset.
- Desired but not required: experience with PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar software systems.
