Job Description:
- Manage submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with superintendents and general contractors on project communications, including lead times and schedules.
- Track orders and materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee O&Ms and warranty procedures.
- Collaborate with field superintendents to complete take-offs, GRDs, and other tasks.
- Purchasing and procurement management.
- Review and approve project invoices.
- Respond to RFIs as needed.
- Manage change orders and negotiate contracts.
- Select and schedule cranes, ensuring insurance releases are obtained.
- Review and sign contracts in collaboration with estimating teams.
- Ensure accurate 3rd-party air balance services.
- Monitor and utilize inventory stock effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Construction knowledge and experience required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Willingness to learn new software, systems, and standards.
- Positive attitude and cooperative mindset.
- Desired but not required: experience with PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar software systems.
