In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.Our Imaging Specialists are responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. In addition to following the policies and procedures established within the imaging center and in compliance with the customers specifications, candidates will ensure all images and data received the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing.RESPONSIBILITIES : Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality imageFollowing production procedures and completing internal documentation and trackingIndex Key Data into multiple software applicationsPrint Document Control Sheets for all recordsAdhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environmentOther duties specified by your Supervisor / ManagerQUALIFICATIONS : Minimum requirement of High School Diploma and or equivalentFamiliarity with PC and other computer-related products / administrative experienceProficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in EnglishWork independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.WHAT WE OFFER : An ever-evolving global organization focused on transformationand innovationA support system in which you can voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your authentic selfCompetitive benefits to support your career, family, personal wellness, and financial wellbeingPay : $17.20 / hr, plus SCA Wage $4.57 / hr - Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct DepositSchedule : Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 : 30 PMLocation : Boyers, PA 16020We provide expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics.
