Schedule : Monday - Friday
Shift hours : 6am - 2 : 30pm
Starting pay : $16.75 / HR
Please note : This position will be Temp to Hire. No benefits until Conversion to Permanent
Job Summary - Tasks performed may include document preparation and scanning tasks. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.
Operates and maintains imaging / scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Sorting and / or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
- Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image.
- Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
- Effectively communicate with peers and management. Research and resolve customer issues.
