Director of Technical Content Development and Enablement

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY…. (Ability to work Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Technical Content Development and Enablement to lead the development and execution of innovative enablement strategies for our platform delivery teams, including our Implementation and Professional Services teams. This role also serves our Solution Architects; our top Digital sellers responsible for developing complex solution proposals. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our SaaS & Digitization platforms by equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills required to deliver an excellent customer experience.
As the Director of Technical Content Development and Enablement, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive enablement program, including training, certification, and continuous learning initiatives. You will also lead efforts to capture and disseminate critical knowledge from engineering teams, build a robust technical documentation repository, and drive transformational change within the organization. This role requires expertise in adult learning strategies, technical documentation, and change management, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a team of technical writers and trainers. In 2025, we are building out a SI partner program; this role will be responsible for creating and executing a partner enablement strategy in addition to other duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a People Leader for the Technical Enablement team
Build and lead a high-performing team of enablement professionals including technical writers, and trainers.
Design and implement a comprehensive technical enablement strategy that includes onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs.
Collaborate closely with SaaS & Digitization platform engineering teams to extract and document critical knowledge.
Address skill gaps and implement strategies to elevate the capabilities of technical teams new to SaaS delivery models.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on enablement, training, or professional development in a SaaS platform and Digitization technology environment.
Strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategy development and problem solving.
Direct work experience as part of a large multinational organization a significant plus.
