We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate will manage a team of drivers, ensure safety and security compliances, route structures and development and maintain the highest level of customer service.

- Responsible for training, recruiting, counseling, coaching, disciplinary action and writing reviews, process and approve payroll, time off requests and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and transportation laws.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation performance.
- Manage driver schedules, ensure optimal routing, and load planning.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Must have a valid driving license and must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must be able to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficient in using transportation management software, Google apps, and MS Office Suite.
