Warehouse Technician

BONUS: Sign On Bonus $500.00
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7 :30am - 4:00pm (available on weekends as needed)
LOCATION: US NV Reno 165 Catron Drive
Responsibilities:
- Empty collected material from containers; cut open bags, dump payloads, empty roll-arounds
- Loading trucks with shred materials
- Sort material by grade; separate and discard rubbish
- Prepare for recycle or discard retired shred containers
- Collaborate with team members
- Perform emergency equipment repairs
- Clean facility and containers
- Maintain strict security of material and trucks
- Load trailers or unload trailers as necessary
- Ensure safe machine operations
- Perform all physical tasks without assistance
- Additional office duties as requested
- Required Skills and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25-50 pound containers and empty contents
- Ability to lift heavy bags, push rolling carts and pull two- and four-wheeled containers
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to safely operate machinery
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in basic machine maintenance preferred
- Experience shredding or recycling operations/warehousing environment is preferred
- Forklift and Bobcat experience is preferred
