We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Testing Professional to join our team. As a Sled Test Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Sled Testing Facility.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up test equipment, including car seats, ATDs, and other necessary components.
- Performing pre-run and post-run tests, including photography and data collection.
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment according to established protocols.
- Repairing and maintaining ATDs and sled systems equipment.
- Logging maintenance and calibration cycles for all equipment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least [X] years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- A valid Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
