We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with job site superintendents, office staff, and others to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations to align with project requirements.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs while minimizing disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Utilize Kanban methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and visibility across projects.
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives.
- Engage in process management activities to streamline operations and improve overall project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in vendor management with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Familiarity with change management principles and their application in project settings.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively, identifying problems and implementing solutions promptly.
- Experience with process management tools and methodologies, knowledge of Buildertrend software is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
