Iron Oak Energy is looking for a dynamic Heavy Equipment Operator who will have a positive impact on the team at our Tunnel City, WI location.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work in a safe manner and abide by all Iron Oak Energy and MSHA safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Be physically capable of performing job duties of a Mobile Equipment Operator, which include but are not limited to:
- Be capable of operating mobile equipment in a harsh quarry environment.
- Be capable of walking on uneven ground and up and down hills.
- Be capable of climbing ladders and working at height. Be capable of wearing a respirator, safety harness, safety glasses, hard hat and other Personnel Protective Equipment.
- Be capable of working in year-round outdoor conditions which include hot, cold and wet weather.
- Be capable of push, pull, lift and carry 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
- Be capable of shoveling on a continuous basis.
- Knowledge of operating industrial sand plants, mobile equipment or maintenance practices is desirable.
- Be capable of reading and understanding safety warnings, safety procedures and written Job Instructions.
- Be capable of completing other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2-3 years front end loader experience preferred
