Business Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent client products and services to potential customers through direct presentations, articulating benefits to maximize customer acquisition and translate conversations into sales
- Track and report daily and weekly sales metrics, enabling accurate forecasting and client updates in collaboration with senior management
- Understand customer needs and when a client product or service does or does not suit them
- Uphold the company's reputation for integrity and excellence by communicating effectively and engaging with empathy and professionalism
- Master and implement business development communication and strategies to promote growth, contributing to customer experience, sales goals, and profit margin increases for clients
Business Sales Associate Qualities:
