We are looking for new AT&T Entry Level Wireless Sales Assistants to join our innovative team and participate in this growth! As an AT&T Entry Level Wireless Sales Assistant you will be responsible for working directly with customers, the AT&T team, and senior management to provide high quality customer service, sales support, and brand representation. You will learn customer service strategies, sales techniques, and account management skills from senior Wireless Sales Assistants as well as receive one-on-one mentorship from senior management to help you be successful in this role.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Entry Level Wireless Sales Assistant:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing stellar customer service, answering all questions in a timely, professional, and informative manner
- Shadow senior Entry Level Wireless Sales Assistants to learn best practices in customer service and client relations, actively participating in all customer interactions
- Respond to all customer inquiries regarding pricing, service coverage, AT&T billing policies, and technical issues in retail event settings
- Represent the customer’s interests when recommending products, services, and plans while assisting the client in reaching sales targets and customer satisfaction standards
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by AT&T when handling sensitive customer information, ensuring legal privacy requirements are met
Qualifications of an AT&T Entry Level Wireless Sales Assistant:
- 1 years experience in customer service, sales or any customer-facing position is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to be proactive when taking independent initiative
- Quick thinking, able to think outside the box and offer creative solutions on your feet
- Solution oriented, able to view challenges and obstacles as learning opportunities
