- Together with the company founders, senior leadership, and outside experts, assist in the development of our sales strategy and plan. This includes the development of a unified approach to communicating what the product, services, and solutions our company offers are all about
- Develop and maintain a dataset of customer intelligence and metrics. Responsible for data gathering across a defined set of customer names and maintaining the data going forward
- Ongoing responsibility of direct market segmentation analysis for specific customer targeting, opportunity identification, and overall sales team support
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our company, our product and services
- Manage any company message to the public. Serve as company spokesperson
- Tactical execution of the company's sales programs including outreach and coordination of trade shows, branding, and communications
- Interface with the public and the press to promote company, products, and services
- Develop and own the company's annual sales plan
- A knack for creating great communication between the client and consumer
- A wide degree of innovation to improve sales margins while still practicing professionalism
- A strong sense of current trends and best practices in sales & direct sales
