Entry-Level Insurance Producer – Scottsdale, AZ

What We Offer :

Base Salary : $36k uncapped commission (Average of $65-75k year one)
Licensing Support : We’ll assist you in obtaining your Property & Casualty license before you start.
Comprehensive Training : Full onboarding program with continued development to ensure your success.
Career Growth : Base salary increases to $45k once you hit 100 policies and continued opportunities to advance within the company.
Collaborative Culture : Enjoy a close-knit, supportive work environment with an open-door policy where you can engage with all levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Sell Insurance Policies : Engage with clients to provide insurance solutions across various carriers .

Manage Leads : Focus on closing deals as we provide the leads for you—no cold calling.

Client Service : Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service throughout the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For :

1 years of prior sales experience is a plus

Highly motivated and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

A team player, ready to learn and grow within the company.

A desire to succeed and a willingness to work towards your Property & Casualty license.
