Iron Woman Construction is a family-owned business looking for a diesel technician foreman to support our fleet of equipment. The position will be a swing shift time. Iron Woman Construction was established in 1999. It began as a transportation firm and has since expanded into the environmental, civil, and wet utility scopes. The company has 160 employees and is looking for a driven employee who is willing to grow and change with the company.

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Brake and AC Certifications.2 years mechanic experience. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Knowledge of basic computer function capabilities. Candidates must be able to pass a physical and drug test. This includes a background screen which includes repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling of 80 lbs. plus. Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Ability to be self-motivated. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time and budgetary pressures. Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Bilingual a plus.
