About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team supporting a USAID project focused on Private Sector Engagement (PSE) and localization training and consultation services. This role involves designing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based training modules, online repositories, and related digital content to support USAID’s Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) workforce. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based training modules, toolkits, and other digital resources for USAID’s PSE program.
- Update and enhance the PSE Repository, ensuring resources are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with USAID policies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to create interactive, user-friendly e-learning tools and resources.
- Develop and maintain online case studies, white papers, and multimedia learning materials, including infographics, videos, and animations.
- Ensure all web content complies with USAID branding and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing website performance and functionality.
- Stay abreast of web development trends and integrate innovative features to enhance user engagement.
