ABOUT THE JOB:
At Ironclad Environmental Solutions, the primary focus of this position is to assist the manager by servicing and repairing rental equipment and assisting with inventory control.
Asset Maintenance Tech II at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you will play a critical role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing our rental equipment. This position involves more complex repairs, inventory management, and mentoring less experienced team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Perform more complex mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of rental equipment, ensuring that all units are in top condition before being rented out.
- Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and coordinate necessary adjustments to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Inspect equipment for quality assurance and ensure all equipment check sheets are accurately completed and documented.
- Manage work orders, ensuring all parts, labor, and other items are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with equipment, including pumps, hoses, and other containment units.
- Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- May deliver and/or pick up berms or other equipment from customer locations.
- Lead Continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, or a related field
- Proven experience with inventory control and cycle counts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
- Welding experience is preferred
- Forklift certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in the rental/pump industry strongly preferred
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
