About this role :
Ironclad is the leading digital contracting platform that empowers legal, sales, and procurement teams to collaborate seamlessly on contracts. As we continue expanding into the enterprise market, we're seeking a Senior Product Manager for ISV Partner Ecosystem & Integrations to drive our strategy and execution for third-party partnerships.
In this role, you will define and deliver Ironclad's ISV partner strategy, marketplace integrations, and ecosystem growth, ensuring that our platform seamlessly connects with the tools and workflows enterprises rely on. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, partner ecosystem, marketing, business development, and ISV partners to build a scalable integration framework that enhances customer value, drives adoption, and increases partner visibility.
What You'll Do
- Own the ISV partner and integrations product strategy, defining API and marketplace capabilities enabling partners to build extensible solutions on top of Ironclad's enterprise platform.
- Drive visibility into Ironclad's partner ecosystem, ensuring customers understand available integrations through in-app discovery, marketing, and documentation.
- Establish and automate seamless partner requests, evaluation, and onboarding processes to streamline how partners integrate with Ironclad.
- Collaborate with the Partner Ecosystem team to identify and onboard strategic ISV partners that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to create enablement materials, case studies, and co-marketing strategies that promote partner integrations.
- Define auditing, logging, and monitoring capabilities to support compliance and security requirements in partner integrations.
- Establish and track key success metrics for ISV adoption, integration usage, and partner-driven revenue impact.

Base Salary Range : $160,000 - $175,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
