Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our law office. on an Hourly Part-time Basis for the potential for a full time. You will be responsible for your own case loads, that we provide to you. We will give you plenty of operational support and the freedom to work when and where you want. We just want attorneys who work the cases independently and can handle a large case load. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Patent Law, and Workers Compensation Law. This role requires excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation to clients in various areas of law including Civil Litigaiton , Family Law, Real estate Etc.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and clarity.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations while developing tailored strategies to meet their needs.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, particularly in Tribal Law regulations as applicable.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client service.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Floirda
- Proven experience in Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Patent Law, or Workers Compensation Law is preferred.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
