Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Properties to address maintenance needs efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
• Collaborate with management to develop a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Assist in travel planning for maintenance-related activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and report any issues that require immediate attention.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within the Construction/Home repairs is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Homeowners and staff.
• Familiarity with travel planning processes related to maintenance activities is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques may be beneficial when interacting with vendors or suppliers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.79 - $35.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
