About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and a talented team of writers, designers, and digital marketers to develop and execute powerful marketing strategies. You’ll lead brainstorming sessions, oversee campaign implementation, and help shape and strengthen brand identities.
Beyond strategy, you’ll be a mentor and trusted advisor—serving as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing projects, guiding campaign direction, and ensuring success.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Lead and manage client campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on digital marketing, social media, and public relations strategies.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
- A degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A passion for storytelling, branding, and digital strategy.
- Experience with digital and social media marketing, public relations, and content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
