We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Data & Reporting Specialist to help us refine and enhance our reporting processes and deliver actionable insights to our clients and internal teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data & Reporting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our Public Relations (PR) and business reporting efforts. This is not a marketing role but an essential administrative position focused on managing data, reporting workflows and producing reports that inform decision-making. You will work collaboratively across teams to streamline reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the PR reporting process from start to finish, including data tracking, entry, and compilation.
- Generate insightful client-facing reports using tools like Airtable and Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and refine templates and systems to standardize reporting processes across accounts.
Internal Reporting:
- Create and maintain internal reports to support leadership in analyzing business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and ensure data integrity.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards.
Data Management:
- Maintain databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Monitor data collection systems, performing audits to eliminate inaccuracies.
- Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements in data management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with account managers and leadership to gather insights and customize reports to meet specific needs.
- Train team members on new tools or systems as needed.
Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks in reporting workflows and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and reporting technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Airtable and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data tracking, entry, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Familiarity with other project management, reporting or analytics tools (e.g. FunctionPoint, Domo, Google Data Studio, etc).
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
