Duties

• Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation required for policy issuance
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach
• Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and various types of insurance products
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable (Spanish is a plus)
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and telemarketing techniques
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
