- Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve efficient project execution.
- Supervise production timelines and monitor resource utilization, adjusting plans as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Unite departments, including creative, production, and operations, to achieve a cohesive vision for each project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and clients throughout the production lifecycle.
