Job Title: Heavy Equipment Sales Representative

Job Summary: To promote and profitably sell SANY and other heavy equipment, along with Ironpeddlers services including but not limited to equipment, parts, repair services, planned maintenance and on-site maintenance to all product users through planned customer contact within an assigned territory for new branch launch in the Wilmington, NC area.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in heavy equipment, or machinery sales
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen, MVR and background check
Responsibilities
- This self-motivated individual will be responsible for the sale and rental of new and used construction equipment to NEW and existing customers within their territory
- Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday Hybrid Work
- Requires mostly remote with little in office time
- They will be responsible for representing Ironpeddlers in a professional manner during their day-to-day activities
- Increase the footprint of Ironpeddlers within the specified territory
- Attract and maintain new customers
- Manage day to day sales calls and customer visits
- Advise management on day to day activities and follow-up needed
- Prepare and present product information to new customers
- Maintain and grow existing relationships
- Assist with customer and operator training as required
- Account Management, including past due collections, finance and obtaining rental/sales documentation

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
