Now Hiring : Armed Security Team Lead - Hudson County
IronRock Security is seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team at a residential site in Hudson County . 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available
Position Details :
Pay Rate : $25-$28 per hour
Schedule : Overnight shifts required
Location : Hudson County, NJ
Schedule : 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am
Requirements :
Prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement (retired law enforcement preferred)
Valid SORA card and NJ Carry Permit
Strong background in de-escalation tactics, report writing, and tenant / landlord relations
Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with security protocols
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must provide professional references
Responsibilities :
Oversee security operations and personnel at the residential site
Conduct foot patrols to ensure site safety
Respond to incidents and manage conflict resolution professionally
Maintain accurate and detailed reports on security activities
Liaise with property management, residents, and local law enforcement as needed
