Now Hiring: Armed Security Team Lead - Hudson County

IronRock Security is seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer to lead our team at a residential site in Hudson County. This is a leadership role requiring strong supervisory skills, security expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $26 - $28 per hour
• Schedule: Overnight shifts required
• Location: Hudson County, NJ
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement (retired law enforcement preferred)
• Valid SORA card and NJ Carry Permit
• Strong background in de-escalation tactics, report writing, and tenant/landlord relations
• Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must provide professional references
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee security operations and personnel at the residential site
• Conduct foot patrols to ensure site safety
• Respond to incidents and manage conflict resolution professionally
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports on security activities
• Liaise with property management, residents, and local law enforcement as needed
