Now Hiring: Armed Security Team Lead - Hudson County

IronRock Security is seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team at a residential site in Hudson County.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour
• Schedule: All shifts available
• Location: Hudson County, NJ
• Schedule: 7am-3pm , 3p-11p, 11p-7a
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement (retired law enforcement RPO required)
• Valid SORA card and RPO NJ Carry Permit
• Strong background in de-escalation tactics, report writing, and tenant/landlord relations
• Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must provide professional references
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee security operations and personnel at the residential site
• Conduct foot patrols to ensure site safety
• Respond to incidents and manage conflict resolution professionally
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports on security activities
• Liaise with property management, residents, and local law enforcement as needed
