IronRock Security is on the lookout for an energetic, self-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint across New Jersey and beyond. We're not just looking for someone to sit at a desk—we want a go-getter who's excited to chase leads, build relationships, and close deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify new leads across various market segments (property management, schools, communities, retail, etc.)
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Represent IronRock Security with confidence and professionalism
- Work with leadership to meet aggressive growth goals
What We’re Looking For:
- A driven, ambitious individual who knows how to hustle
- Experience in B2B sales (bonus if it's in security or service-based industries)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
Compensation:
