We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional security services for a bustling retail establishment on Market Street.
Job Details
- Location: Center City Philadelphia
- Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
- Duties: Mobile foot patrols, exterior post
- Coverage Needed: 7 days a week
- Shift: 8am-9pm
- Retention bonuses after 90 and 180 days
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits (available to full-time employees after 60 days)
- 401k plan after 1 year of employment
- Prior security experience is a must
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent observation and de-escalation skills
- Strong attention to detail
