Who You Are: You are motivated, detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to support growth through precision in data management. What You Will Do: As a Revenue Operations & Sales Support Intern, you will be a crucial part of our Revenue Operations and Sales teams, focusing on the accuracy of our CRM data and supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role ensures we maintain actionable and accurate contact information for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, empowering our sales efforts.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contact Mapping & Exporting:

    • Use platforms like ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn to identify and export relevant contacts for targeted ABM accounts.
    • Accurately map these contacts to Salesforce, ensuring data transfer integrity between systems.
    • Regularly audit and update contact information to support dynamic ABM initiatives.
  • Sales Support for ABM Targeting:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-value ABM accounts, assisting in finding and prioritizing relevant contacts.
    • Maintain close communication with sellers to align on specific targeting requirements and adjust mapping efforts accordingly.
  • Salesforce Data Cleanup:

    • Perform data cleansing within Salesforce, focusing on accounts, contacts, and leads.
    • Review and organize data with attention to detail for accuracy in ICP accounts.
    • Regularly audit Salesforce to eliminate duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and enrich data for optimized sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:

    • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to refine data mapping and cleanup processes.
    • Provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance data quality and ABM targeting.

What We Need from You:

  • Education:

    • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn, and Salesforce (prior experience is a plus).
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large datasets accurately.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
    • Interest in sales operations, data management, and account-based marketing.
