Pay: Starts at $70,000 / annually
Development and Marketing Associate Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Setting: Critical access hospital
Development and Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the executive director, design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization
- Plan, organize and direct the development of gifts and special funds from philanthropic corporations, trusts, and individuals in support of campaigns and organizational initiatives
- Development and Marketing Associate will design and implement fund-raising campaigns using techniques of direct mail solicitation, personal solicitation, benefit events, involvement of business organizations, appeals to philanthropic organizations, and planned giving through estate planning, bequests, trusts, etc.
Development and Marketing Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing or Organizational Planning or three years of related healthcare experience
- Three years experience in development, fundraising, or donor stewardship for a non-profit or not-for-profit organization
- Three years of experience in budget and financial planning management
