A small community hospital located outside of La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Development Manager to join their team!
The Development Manager Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity

- The Development Manager will plan, organize, and direct the fundraising efforts. Through a mission-focused, donor-centered, relationship-based approach, the Manager is responsible to create and implement a fund development plan that includes major gifts programs, annual fund raising, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns. The Manager serves as the primary grant writing resource of the organization, seeking opportunities and supporting team members in the pursuit of potential grant awards. The Manager works closely with the Foundation Board of Directors in all development and fund-raising endeavors and provides effective management facilitation of the Foundation Board and all related committees.
The Development Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fund development for a non-profit entity is strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience in all aspects of fundraising preferred.
- Experience with computer software applications desirable.
