Director of Case Management Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Monday - Friday, Days
- Open to a registered nurse or social worker (must be licensed)
Director of Case Management Requirements:
- BSN or BSW
- The Case Management Director must be either an Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Social Worker
- 2 years of management experience
- 3 of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience
- Current CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred
