Director of Quality and Risk
Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Your Role:
- Oversee compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
- Lead quality review processes (75%) and manage risk-related activities (25%).
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 direct reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive safety and performance improvements.
- Support streamlined operations and adherence to best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Licensing: Active RN license.
- Experience: Proven background in hospital quality and risk management.
