Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct-hire position
- Schedule: 40 hours/week | M-F
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:
- The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Physical Therapy (PT), and Occupational Therapy (OT) departments
- This leadership position will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of each department, driving patient-centered care and promoting high standards of service
- Strong leadership abilities are essential for this role, as the Director will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- The Director must be a mentor, always accessible to the team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
- A commitment to excellence is crucial, the ideal candidate will consistently strive to be the best, setting the gold standard for care and performance within the department
Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapist (OT) degree
- Current/Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- 3 years of Occupational Therapist experience Required
- Director of Rehabilitation experience preferred | Not Required
