A well-regarded Critical Access Hospital, in Eastern Montana, is seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Generalist to join their team.
Human Resources Generalist Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $27 - $40.50/hour (Based on Experience)

Human Resources Generalist Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Responsibilities: The HR Generalist is responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process. They also support employee relations, assist with HR policies, and maintain compliance with employment laws, while handling various HR programs such as benefits, training, and performance management.
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR or a related field is required, with previous hospital experience preferred.
- License Requirements: HR Certification, preferred.
