A small town facility west of Glasgow, MT is seeking a full-time, permanent Laboratory Manager to lead their dynamic family-like team!
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $42.00 / hourly
*Pay negotiable based on experience
Laboratory Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Laboratory Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GLP and FDA regulations
- Laboratory Manager will work with the medical director for our lab to ensure that all reporting and forms are completed by the medical director and our lab
- Laboratory Manager responsible for quality/reporting, overseeing day to day operations in the lab while ensuring CLIA compliance
Laboratory Manager Requirements:
- MT or CLS license required
- Generalist and blood bank/microbiology experience preferred
- Cover call for one weekend a month
- ASCP required
