Salary: $66,560 - $101,920 / yearly
Nurse Education Manager Opportunity:
- Full-Time, permanent position
- Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Nurse Education Manager Responsibilities:
- Nurse Education Manager oversees the coordination and management of educational services for the acute-care division of nursing.
- Holds accountability for aligning educational initiatives with organizational values, fostering an efficient, effective, and compassionate work environment.
- Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating clinical education programs, policies, and services to drive optimal outcomes.
- Nurse Education Manager actively engages in environmental assessments, trend forecasting, value transmission, idea communication, coaching, and mentoring, while ensuring resource management and the integration of nursing’s core values and professional practices
Nurse Education Manager Qualifications:
- Current RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
- RN; Master’s degree
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 5 years in nursing, with a preference for candidates with experience in nursing education or a similar teaching environment.
- Strong leadership and management experience is highly desirable.
